• Client and supplier records are kept for the duration of the relationship and for up to seven years after the relationship ends, in line with our tax and accounting obligations.
• Website log data is kept for up to twelve months for security and analytics purposes.

We review our retention periods regularly and may keep some information for longer where the law requires it or where we need it to resolve a dispute, enforce an agreement, or protect against legal claims.
